30-Day Return Policy

You have a generous 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
  • It should include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to follow these steps:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. As with our standard policy, the item must meet the same conditions, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
